About Christophe

Christophe Meunier specializes in strategy and business planning in the areas of go-to-market transformation, infrastructure strategy, network deployment strategy and ICT solutions for telecom operators and technology players. Mr. Meunier has over 25 years of consulting experience advising clients in Europe, North America and Africa. His expertise covers the telecommunications and high-tech industries with a focus on enterprise ICT, telecommunication infrastructure and satellites. 

Mr. Meunier's extensive advisory experience has helped numerous clients around the globe. His other areas of expertise include origination and execution of corporate strategy, marketing including base management, churn, segmentation, product and pricing, sales and distribution and network operations. 

Mr. Meunier was part of the leadership team at Delta Partners, the telecom, media and technology (“TMT”) strategy consulting and investment banking boutique now part of FTI Delta, the strategy consulting practice of FTI Consulting. Prior to joining Delta Partners, Mr. Meunier worked at McKinsey & Company where he covered various high-tech industries such as aviation, IT services and telecommunications in the United States and France.

Relevant Experience:

  • Supported the BEAD proposal of an FTTH player for the state of Louisiana

  • Helped FTTH pure players to access preferential debt terms through asset-backed securitization of their infrastructure

  • Defined the market strategy for the B2B division of an ILEC leveraging the FTI Delta proprietary “sweet Spot” methodology that he developed

  • Tuned the pricing strategy of an FTTH player to improve the CLV of existing and prospective residential customers

  • Improved the cost of acquisition of the 3rd party channel of an FTTH and DSL player

  • Assessed the cost improvement potential for the sales and market cost of an ILEC pivoting into FTTH

  • Identified cost improvement opportunity in the 3rd Party Network Expenses for an ILEC player

  • Reshaped the product portfolio of an enterprise-focused asset-light player

  • Defined the network and commercial strategy of a potential 3rd entrant wireless player in Southern Africa

  • Defined the unified communication strategy for a marketing and service cloud vendor

  • Defined the broadband and video value proposition for a telecom operator

  • Conducted churn diagnostic and remediation plan for a fixed-line operator
