Jad Elias is a senior executive specializing in developing and delivering public and private sector programs focused on economic development, innovation, investment due diligence and execution, as well as managing large teams through complex multistakeholder national and international projects.
Mr. Elias has built expertise in the design and execution of large turnaround programmes, cost rationalisation, organisational optimisation and cash flow improvements for governments and large international corporations.
Throughout his career, Mr.Elias has worked with clients from a range of sectors across government, media, technology, oil and gas and more in both strategic and operational-focused programs across the Gulf Cooperation Council (“GCC”), United States and Europe. Mr. Elias has led both national-level government work as well as global work for multinationals operating in more than 90 countries.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Elias led the Qatar office for Kearney, working on key national agenda topics including innovation, economic development and more. Prior to Kearney, Mr. Elias was a Senior Director with AlixPartners working on designing and delivering large transformation programs with leading global private equity investors across the United States, Europe and the GCC. In his roles, Mr. Elias has built multiple high performance advisory teams in new markets and regions. Mr. Elias is also the founder of technology company serving high-growth companies in the United States.

Developed the export promotion strategy for a GCC country with a deep focus on import substitution through identifying specific areas of potential local content development across all sector value chains
Developed the national research, development and innovation (“RDI”) digital platform strategy for a GCC country with a focus on collecting actionable data sets across all entities
Led the technology operating model transformation for NewsCorp with a focus on data-focused businesses (e.g. Dow Jones, Wall Street Journal)
Set up and implemented a large-scale transformation office for a global media conglomerate focused on organizational changes, technology implementation, data strategy optimization and more
