Javier Muñoa specializes in strategy consulting, advising key industry clients in strategic assignments, commercial transformations, as well as taking interim executive roles. Mr. Muñoa has over 20 years of experience, of which 11 years are in the telecoms, media & technology (“TMT”) industry.
Mr. Muñoa’s core areas of expertise include marketing and sales strategies, commercial transformations and new business models. His experience in the TMT sector spans across more than 25 countries throughout the USA, Europe, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.
Mr. Muñoa was part of the leadership team at Delta Partners, the TMT strategy consulting and investment banking boutique now part of FTI Delta, the strategy consulting practice of FTI Consulting. Prior to joining Delta Partners, Mr. Muñoa worked at Oliver Wyman for the CMT practice as Senior Principal, where he held CxO roles with key clients and was a member of the founding team for the CMT practice in the Middle East.
Mr. Muñoa also worked for Nike EMEA holding several senior executive positions. He also played an active role in FC Barcelona’s management as an Executive Director contributing to its financial and sport success supervising its international expansion.
Mr. Muñoa is fluent in Spanish and English and has a working knowledge of German, French and Portuguese.
