Raul Macias has more than 25 years of strategy management consulting experience working for clients worldwide in the communications, media and technology industries combining interim executive positions with external advisory roles.

Mr. Macias is an experienced goal-driven leader focused on “making it happen” with a solid track record for timely and efficient results. He has a proven track record supporting organizations on accelerated growth and operations efficiency transformations in highly competitive markets. He has advised multiple telecommunications, media and technology (“TMT”) clients, including mobile, fixed and cable operators, device manufacturers, mobile value-added services (“MVAS”) players, regulators and private equity firms, on key strategic challenges and their execution.

Mr. Macias has broad international experience across the United States, Mexico, Latin America (Argentina, Brazil and Colombia), Western and Eastern Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Macedonia, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the UK), as well as other countries in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. He has been recognized as an effective leader driving multidisciplinary client and consulting teams to deliver high-impact financial and operational results.

Before joining FTI Delta, Mr. Macias worked at Accenture Strategy for 10 years, Oliver Wyman for 13 years and Andersen Consulting for 2 years. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

  • Led enterprise-wide cost reduction program with x-functional initiatives across finance, sourcing, real Estate, network and marketing and sales

  • Led enterprise-wide cost transformation to align the cost structure with industry benchmarks

  • Developed value-based management (“VBM”) program implementing pricing, promotions and churn reduction initiatives

  • Performed pricing portfolio review

  • Executed marketing and sales turnaround (B2C and B2B)

  • Redesigned and implemented E2E customer experience

  • Held different roles in operations start-up, including in sales, marketing and pricing

  • Led billing operations cost reduction transformation and automation

  • Led collections transformation increasing cure rates, faster payments and cost efficiencies

  • Led commercial due diligence of various mobile, fixed and cable players

  • Led revenue and cost assurance operational transformation (value leakage identification and capture)
